What is this?

I’m currently 38+1 with my first baby. Had a scan this morning and she’s very low got her head right in my pelvis and ready to go. (Didn’t mention any of these symptoms as they’ve only got 10x worse from this afternoon) The past couple of nights I’ve really struggled to sleep more than usual and been extremely emotional. Yesterday evening and all of today I’ve felt ill as if I’ve got a bug or something. I feel nauseous all the time, lost my appetite and had lots of pains down in my vagina. I also feel like I need to go for a number 2 all the bloody time and when I do it’s the tiniest little thing and doesn’t do anything! The past hour I’ve had increased pain and pressure in my back and shooting pain down my legs. My cheeks are all hot but the rest of my body gets cold shivers. I’ve also had slimy substance coming out of me the past couple of days but no blood or anything and only a very small amount. Also the whole of today I’ve felt like I’ve been constantly leaking and my pads have been soaked through every time I go for a wee which as we all know is about 1000 times a day when pregnant.

I’m not sure what to do as I feel awful and don’t want to waste time going to see the midwife if this isn’t anything. I’m not sure if this is an infection or what?

Going to have a bath and try and relax but would appreciate your guys help as to what this is
