I’m so frustrated with my libido

I’m so frustrated. My libido has absolutely vanished, I’m only 21 so I don’t know what the problem is. My husband gets frustrated because he wants to have sex obviously. I have been trying to get it back with no success until this afternoon. I started feeling a bit horny so I decided to run with it and I called my husband to see if he had a minute to play. He answered the phone annoyed and said he was busy, so I said never mind, then he got frustrated that I called and wasn’t going to say why. We ended up fighting about it and now I have even less interest than I ever did🤦🏻‍♀️ I don’t know what to do.
