What to eat
I've looked up alot of things regarding foods to eat while I'm pregnant.
There's just so much different things I can't eat, and a lot of back and forth as to what is okay and what's not.
A main thing I see controversial is poppy seeds. I love me a good everything bagel. Am I not able to eat those anymore?
What other dietary things does everyone follow?
I don't have my appointment until August 6th
