Contractions? Help

Hey ladies. This is baby #3 for me. First girl. I honestly don’t remember having contractions with my boys. It’s been 4 years since my last was born so i could have just forgotten. I had to have c-sections with both due to health complications. I’ve had pretty bad bad pain all day. I’ve gotten up, cleaned, drove to town for an errand, and laid in bed. And it’s been consistent through it all. And i do have a pretty high pain tolerance so I’m not sure if it could just be bad back pain. And tmi, but I’ve pooped a lot today. Like I’m clearing out. Could my back pain be contractions? Or am I just reading into things.
