Blw and salt

So we've been doing blw for awhile now and her fav things are steamed veggies and noodles, but lately I've really been trying to give her more flavours and just give her whatever we eat for dinner. The only issue is that we cook with salt, chicken stock, soy sauce etc.. And it's tricky to remove from the recipe most of the time. For instance last night i made fajitas from one of those packs which has tons of salt.. So I cooked her chicken in a separate pan and just added a few spices. It was fine but it's a lot more work.. I wonder how other people do it. Do you just never eat processed foods and don't add salt? Or do you just give it to them anyways? I saw one instagramer giving her 9 month old fries from some fast food place and I'm pretty sure it's loaded with salt and her little one seemed fine 🤷‍♀️
