Constipation help
So my 7 month old has been dealing with constipation since introducing solids. Any tips on things to try? Below is what we have tried already with no luck.
Prunes stage 1 solid
Pears stage 1 solid
Apples stage 1 solid
Tummy message
Water bath
Bicycle legs
Pear juice
Probiotics
Mommy bliss constipation ease + prebiotics
Ultimately we end up having to probe him when we hear him trying to go to even get any bowel movement. We obviously can't do this forever.
