Weird ultra sound pics.

Has anyone had weird ultrasound pics like this I’m 21 weeks and 6 days had my anatomy scan. I feel like something is wrong with her nose. I asked the doctor and they said everything looks fine. I’m very overweight so I know that affects the quality of the images. Just curious if someone had similar experiences?
