Morning sickness

Is anyone else's morning sickness and nausea super bad. Im nauseous most the time, but i struggle to eat when i do i start gagging because it has too much flavor ive tried eating flavorless things and i still gag anyways. And im hungry but I've ran out of ideas on what to try. The pills i have for it make me sleepy and dizzy i have a 3 year old so i can't just go to sleep. I havent been able to take prenatals because i start gagging when the pill is in my mouth. I don't know what to do so if someone has an idea i will try it!
