When do you share with boss?

Question

I'm 7 weeks with #2, when I was pregnant with #1 I was in grad school and this wasn't an issue.
Technically where I live the law states that I have to inform my employer of the pregnancy by month 5, but it will be obvious waaaaay beforehand. 
I'm nauseous and dizzy, and even though I work an office job it's taking its toll on me. We haven't shared with family and friends yet (except my mom and 1 friend), and I'm just wondering when I should share with my boss.
Edit: I've been working here for just over a year, with covid I work 2 days a week from home, and when I'm at work I have my own office. I have a pretty good relationship with boss, but am somehow every anxious about sharing the news at work.

I told my boss when I was 7 weeks, I’m on LOA currently due to Covid, and my doctor extended it until I am 12 weeks, I wasn’t going to tell my boss until farther along, but I work at target and lift and push heavy freight everyday, so I felt I should tell them, they were very understanding.

With my first, I told them right away because I needed a rad badge for the fetus.
With my second, I ended up telling them early cause I didn't feel right being offered a full-time job without them knowing. Then I took a per diem job with radiation again so I told them during my interview.
This job is an office job so I'll tell them after 12 weeks. Most of my co-workers already know.

With my first I told my boss at 11 weeks. This time because of Covid I told my boss at 7 weeks. A lot earlier than I would’ve usually done

I’m 8 weeks tomorrow and I just shared with my boss. I’ve been feeling super sick and had to go home Monday. I wanted to let him know what was going on so he was aware. I have a close relationship with my boss as well. I just asked that he not say anything because it’s early and we are not ready. I wanted him to know so he’d understand why I haven’t been feeling well.

With my first, I told them at like 10ish weeks. This was after my first appointment and I had a confirmed due date. I work in a CPA office and her due date was a deadline lol so I told them ASAP. I’m probably going to do the same with this one. First appt is next week and I’ll tell them after that.

My last job I had been there a few years and had a good relationship with my boss, I told him eight after i found out.
This time I've only been in this job since i got back from maternity leave (8 months) and dont have nearly the same relationship with my boss. I dont plan on telling him for another month or two.

I told them at 5 weeks as well because of covid. I still had to go back to work but they have moved my desk by itself. I was hoping i would have been able to continue to work at home but I wanted them to know my concerns.
