Implantation bleeding?

I had some really light flow bleeding on and off for two days. It was dark brown/black, and never filled a tampon. It was about 4-5 days after my period was due. I have been feeling kind of sick (flu like) but not really having symptoms.

I’ve been on birth control and medication for PCOS but I missed some doses last cycle. Could this have been implantation bleeding? Or do you think it’s normal withdrawal bleeding because it was at the end of the pack?

Please help.
