Work in medical setting

Do any of you ladies work in a clinic or hospital setting? If so, what kind of precautions do you take there and in daily life? I have been wearing a surgical mask because I can’t tolerate wearing an N95 and they are scarce anyway. I get groceries delivered and basically don’t go anywhere besides work and home. Lately I have been dreaming of going to a beach and just being able to relax like normal, but just can’t think of a way to do this safely. Anyone else feel this way?
