Okay I need help

So I had a feeling to test on July 7th I was feeling like I peed myself and I got a postive opk we did the deed 45 minutes after the test since hubby needed to shower and all. After sex I waited a bit and tested and it dropped a lot. Is it possible I missed it??

I wasn’t testing consistently because I kept getting negatives and decided to leave it alone and then that day I felt wet like I said so decided to test and boom positive. We had sex twice that night and the next day sex again
