Any pregnant teachers? What “reasonable” work or medical accommodations are you getting?

Hi all! I’ve been working remotely since March, and being high risk, and my husband as well for a health condition, we have been following sheltering in place. We don’t even see immediate family inside. However, as of now, teachers return Aug 24 and students, all day, everyday Sep 8. I’m mildly freaking out. I would see an entire grade a week, so 96 kiddos. Our building has PreK-3rd, so three year olds through 3rd grade. I’m in the midst of working with HR - on my latest call, they wouldn’t begin to discuss work accommodations without a doctor note - we did confirm pay and my start/end date for short term disability. I see my doctor Monday, which is also my glucose test appt. I’m trying very hard to not stress. Any ideas/suggestions? Obviously my preferred choice is to teleteach and telework, which I have been doing since March. If they force me back in person, what accommodations should I be asking for? Thankfully, I have a great relationship with my doctor. I just want to make it to my due date in October, so it’s less than two months. My biggest fear is getting COVID and not being able to be with my newborn for two weeks. FYI I don’t have maternity leave, so I need FMLA and short term disability for my leave once baby is born. TIA. I have to submit paperwork through ADA (Americans Disabilities Act) in order to receive any accommodations, so my doctor will fill it out, but she needs to be SPECIFIC. I also have my FMLA and short term disability paperwork. Ideas? Anyone going through this?!
