Period AGAIN?

I’m so sorry about the picture. I’m just freaking out!

My period started July 3rd and ended July 7th. I have been spotting throughout this week and just thought maybe it was ovulation spotting and I noticed there was always little clots when I would wipe. So as I got out of the shower I began to feel mild cramping sort of like period cramps. I went to the restroom, pulled down my panties and saw this. Is this normal? I’m on cycle day 16.
