Pcos Question??

Question

So, I got blood took this past Wednesday, because I’m TTC and i haven’t got pregnant yet, I have irregular periods.
Well I can see my results online and me being me, I look at them daily and worry myself to death that the stuff is bad.. obviously OB hasn’t called yet (plus it’s the weekend) 
My question to you ladies is,
“How did y’all get diagnosed with PCOS ￼and Why?”

I was diagnosed by a combination of an ultrasound, excess body hair & irregular periods. PCOS sucks 😖

I was diagnosed after many years, blood work that all came back normal, years of horrible heavy irregular and long periods, terrible acne, 3 years ttc and finalllyyyyy the 3rd ultrasound later was when I got a valid confirmation of my PCOS. Unfortunately its not always an easy road towards an answer.
