Hey mamas! FTM here and I’m a nervous wreck.

So one of my many questions is what do you put your babies to sleep in at night? And what temp do you set your house to?

Our room is always the stuffiest, so I put baby in a short sleeve onsie and swaddled her. I woke up to feed and saw she broke out of her swaddle and her fingers and toes were freezing cold.

I then changed her into a zip up/sleeper onsie and I swaddled her, then felt her in the middle of the night and her body was really warm to the touch, so I took the swaddle off of her.

I’m nervous to go to bed, so I’m currently watching her like a hawk.

Any advice would be appreciated!
