I think I’m having a miscarriage

I’m currently 7 days late for AF. 3 days ago I took a pregnancy test and i got what looked like a very, very faint positive. I was waiting to get back home from out of town before I told my husband.

Today I’m curled up in a ball, having terrible cramps. I’m pretty sure I’m about to miscarry.

That was my first positive ever. I’m 35, and I thought I’d finally done it. I thought my life was going to change forever. I was finally going to have a mini-me, but I think I’m about to lose it.

Anyone else miscarry this soon? Was the cramping super awful? Or has anyone had terrible cramps at the beginning of a pregnancy, but still carried a healthy baby full-term?
