Excessive Drooling

Any tips on minimizing drooling? My baby just turned 3 months and he is drooling so much that if we don't wipe his mouth for 2 mins, the chest part of his onesie is literally soaked. Or if a bib is on, it's literally soaked too. No tooth yet but he has been drooling since 7 weeks old.

Someone recommended the amber necklace. I researched it and due to choking hazards, I'd prefer not to use it unless many people say it works.

He gets drool rash so many times and his lips turn so raw from all the wiping.

Any tips???
