Is this kind of spotting normal throughout first trimester? Started taking progesteroen pessary spotting increased slightly?

I had/have this! I started taking endometrin 5 weeks into my pregnant and had spotting on and off. I’m 8 weeks now and still get some brown when the pill comes out. Just last week it was light pink. My ultrasound looked good on Friday babies HR is 159. I know how stressful it is to spot!

While spotting can happen in early pregnancy bleeding of any kind in pregnancy should never be considered “normal”. Speak with your OB or Midwife. 
I had spotting from 5.5 weeks until I had a rather large bleed at 10.5 weeks. Didn’t have it after that. I had a SCH that was causing me to spot and then it finally bled out at 10.5 instead of it just reabsorbing.

I had spotting a couple times from my pessaries. I think it aggravates the cervix. Once I stopped the progesterone the spotting stopped. It was never a lot or red. Just like light light orangy pink. If you ever get red or fill a pad call your OB.
