Hi Everyone!

I just decided I wanted to start buying organic milk for my son instead of regular. When I got it home I realized that the expiration date wasn’t until September, and that it said it was ultra pasteurized. I bought it in the refrigerated section.

Am I the only one who didn’t know this kind of milk existed? Lol

What even is ultra pasteurized? And what are the benefits?

Is it still healthy even though it has such a long shelf date?

Any insight would be helpful. What kind of milk are you guys using?
