Weird period

So my periods are very regular and quite heavy, past 2 months both of my periods have barely been there, I’ve been spotting but that’s it, 100% not pregnant since I’ve not had sex in monthssss and my contraception method is condoms 🤷🏼‍♀️ so it’s not like the pill could have caused it cos I’m not on it. Just looking for opinions as to what could be it, my house mate went through early menopause, and I don’t think that’s it (or at least I hope not) but even if I was to contact my GP does this count as an emergency appointment?
