Could I be ahead?

Question

So my husband thinks that I am ahead in my pregnancy because my nipples are leaking and I have a larger baby bump and I'm only 16 weeks 
My doctor has only given me one ultrasound and I havent had one since 8/9 weeks

Neither of those things say anything about how far along you are. I was right on schedule with our son and I leaked at 16 weeks too. So I bought breast pads and the leaking stopped without me needing them. Go figure. We all carry differently.

No, trust your doctor. 
During my first pregnancy my nipples started leaking at 16 weeks too. I would wake up and my shirt would be soaked. My belly was huge, I constantly got the “are you sure it’s not twins?” comment. But sure enough, I delivered that baby 9 days PAST her due date. 
Trust the date your doctor gives you - they know what they’re doing!

They are pretty accurate at estimating due dates at 8/9 weeks.  Leaking can happen anytime during pregnancy. Hormones gotta love them 🙃
