late period HELP!!

okay so this is a long story but I need advice. so I get my periods regularly for like 5 years now, but I haven’t got my last one i’m like a week late. I don’t know what to do, literally I had sex with my bf for the first time like 3 weeks ago and we used protection and everything but beforehand there was some pre-cum that got around my cooch. so idk what’s up but I need advice please and thank you!!
