Pregnancy questions

Ok so I really felt like a was pregnant a week in a half ago from getting a positive pregnancy test, but I guess it was a false positive. I still would feel nauseous, have headaches, tingling sensation in my stomach, lower back pain, lower abdominal pain , and also other symptoms so i just knew i was pregnancy, honestly i still feel pregnant but at this point i feel like i wanna ignore signs of pregnancy because maybe i don’t know my body at all 😫, idk, but anyway i really wanted to know could I still be pregnant even though af come because usually it last 7 days but this time if lasted 3 days and that has NEVER happened, i just don’t want to keep taking test and getting disappointed. Ps i asked for a blood test and they gave me a urine test, im in that military and idk why they would give me that type of test if i asked for a blood test, if I would’ve got that and it said negative then it is what it is and I would’ve kept trying, i just wanted to know was it still possible that i could be pregnant and its just not showing up on urine test?
