i just started the pill for the first time and i was confused on if i take it while i’m on my period or if i wait till it over

So usually when you are on your period, you are taking the white pills (which are sugar pills) they don’t actually have anything in them. They are basically meant to be placeholders, I usually just toss mine. Some women skip them altogether and start taking their new pack (in order to skip their period). Your pills should’ve come with instructions and information, it’s important to read it! ❤️
