Pregnant with IUD?

I have the paragard And it was put in at six weeks postpartum (daughter now almost 10 months). I had a period every month consistently arriving on the 15. It is now the 20th and I’m a little concerned that I haven’t gotten my period yet. Normally I get a really heavy long period but a couple weeks ago I had a tiny bit of spotting after my period in June and nothing since... I thought that was weird but didn’t think much of it (maybe rough sex - tmi) but now I’m wondering if maybe there’s a chance I could be pregnant..

I know it is super low chances with paragard but I have no real symptoms of my period coming other than my boobs hurting here and there.

My first ever Paragard IUD I got put in (after my almost 7 year old) moved a little and they said there’s a greater chance of that happening when getting it put Back in so close to giving birth.. this is just really strange. I did take a test yesterday and it was negative but it was also like that with my current 9 month old until I took it like weeks later and it was positive....

Thoughts??
