i really cant decide what to do.. ok so at the end of august im taking a test to become a certified medical assistant. i told myself that if i pass the test ill spend my income tax money to buy a new laptop because i want to start and small business and to play sims as a reward for passing the test ( i know dont judge me)sims is a way i escape from reality and be creative.. but my dilema is that in a year i plan on getting an apartment . . i have 10,000 saved up for an apartment .. ill be getting 2000 in income tax to add to that 10,0000 thats already in my savings so im stuck if i should not touch my income money in put in my saving for my apartment or treat myself??
