Friend pregnant with rainbow baby. What to get her?

This is her third pregnancy. She’s lost one baby and the second pregnancy she lost twins. I want to do something special for her. I thought about a rainbow onesie and lovie blanket. Maybe a little gift basket? Is this a good idea? Anything else? Something different? Let me know your thoughts!
