Could I be pregnant?

Well I've been looking up just about everything I can on implantation bleeding and it said that it could be if it's between 6 to 12 days after ovulation and I noticed I was spotting light pink only when I wiped so I thought maybe I would start my period early but I only spotted about 4 times that one day and nothing since and that was 2 days ago I don't have cramping like normal but the spotting is gone and I have horrible breast pain like if you barely touch them I want to cry. And I've noticed blue veins popping out of my breast and small thin red veins I guess or blood vessels and they feel huge and my stomach feels bloated... Could I be pregnant I've been trying for months so could this possibly be it???
