What are the signs of a Chemical?

I'm scared I might be having a chemical or will have one soon. Im 14dpo and I started bleeding a little last night. No bleeding today but I got my HCG levels back from my Dr. and they're only a 24. I got blood drawn Saturday so I should have been 12dpo. Any successful pregnancies similar to mine? Does this sound like a possible chemical?

Have you only had one draw? The main concern is if the numbers double in 48-72 hours

I had mine hcg done at 11 dpo it was a 38 a week later it was 1215. Dpo 12 I have some spotting. My baby is almost 1! Have you been testing at home?
