Blood work today showed high scores...Possible twins?

Hi all,

Did my FET on July 9th, started testing July 14th and tests have been positive since! Did blood work today and both HCG & Progesterone levels are three times where they normally see them. I didn't think about it at the time, I was too excited that are levels aren't low like our first cycle, but could it possibly be because of twins?

I have googled but couldn't find anything related to IVF AND high HCG numbers. Other than calling my doctor (who I will ask at my next appt) does anyone have any websites or anything that will help with this topic?

Am I pregnant with twins?
