Pain Relief During Labour/Delivery
FTM... my ideal birth would be vaginally without the epidural, however I still want some pain relief options and was wondering if any of you had stories and recommendations of other pain relief options. Obviously I know the epidural would lessen the pain the most, but I feel like I could deal with some pain. I'm a game day decision for everything but want to know my options :)
