Costochondritis

I had a BAD panic attack June 27th. EVER since that day, I have AWFUL chest pain, I lost 10 lbs BC I don’t eat as much, I can’t eat the same bc my throat feels funny, I’m scared I’m going to choke, I use to chug water and I cannot! one DR told me costochondritis, another told me GERD (acid reflux disease) which confused me BC I have no acid reflux. NOW I’m being tested for pylori ( a stomach infection) !!!! before my panic attack i never had any health issues! I’m 25 years old. I got a X-ray done July 3rd. I got an EKG done a few times, most recent was July 15th. They say its FINE!!! WHAT THE HELL!!!! Now I have a health anxiety BC all I want to know is what’s wrong with my chest. I just want to know wtf is wrong with me! it hurts so bad 😭It hurts when being touched (a sore feeling) & sometimes when bending , SUPER kinda burning sharp pain. bottom of ribs hurt. 😭😭 this is the WORST thing I have EVER been through. Can a panic attack CAUSE costochondritis, I just wanna talk to somebody who can relate or knows anything. I don’t feel the same, I’m not myself. I can’t even go out with friends without feeling this pain & then getting all turned off & nervous. Please, Any advice?
