So I am about 4 weeks and 4 days. I started bleeding today. Off and on. The bleeding hasn’t been consistent like a period and is just completely out of no where. My ob had me come in for bloodwork and an ultrasound. The ultrasound showed nothing except for a thickened lining. There was no gestational sac seen yet. I’m waiting for the blood work and then they want to see me again next week unless I start fully miscarrying. I don’t know I just feel very negative about this whole thing. I’m just sad and need to vent.
