Today at my 11 week appointment we have discovered that the baby’s heartbeat is no more....

Baby seemed to have died exactly last week today but I have been feeling pregnant this whole time.

This is my 4th miscarriage ( 22 weeks, 9 weeks, 6 weeks and now this one). I never thought this would be me.... loosing all my babies that I desperately want but can’t have ...am absolutely empty right now.

By now I should know the drill of how to take care of myself during this period...but ohhh this is hitting me hard....
