Do I look too small for 24w?

I was doing a Photoshoot for a lady who just had her daughter 5 months ago, she asked me how far along I was and when I told her 24 weeks she did a surprised face and said “wow you’re tiny! I myself still look 24 weeks!” And now I can’t stop thinking about it... this is my second pregnancy, my first being when I was only 14 years old and my bump was tiny until 33 weeks with him, but I’m already bigger than I was with my first, and I’m 18 now.

I’ve had a lot of problems this pregnancy, including gallstones, liver problems, morning sickness until 22 weeks, and high blood pressure that keeps spiking. I haven’t been eating, I keep losing weight instead of gaining, I’ve lost almost 100lbs this pregnancy.. So to hear a lady say that I’m tiny for 24 weeks kind of hurt, even though I know all bumps are different, just the thought of this pregnancy already putting me through so much and so much pain, the thought of my baby being too small now as well because of what’s going on during it, and how I cant really eat is making my anxiety worse...

I am diagnosed with literally every kind of anxiety disorder there is, and can’t be on my meds while pregnant, so unfortunately my brain makes me overthink everything and go into a panic attack.
