Does he really like me?

The other night after our first football game, a boy/best friend who has been in my life for about three years told me he liked me! This is how he said it: "I don't know if it's the caffeine, the late night, or the long period of desperation I'm suffering - but I think I like you." Now we're going on a double date with our other best friends and were both super excited! He also told my codon he's liked a girl for three years now, and she told him to tell the girl. And then he told me he liked me ! I wonder if I was the girl!?!?
