TWINS?? or just high HCG levels?

Got my BFP two days ago, we weren't trying but we weren't preventing - just letting nature do it's thing And we're having a babyyy🥰🥳 I'm so happy. 
Only thing confuses me is that my period started 3weeks and 5days ago but the test says I'm 3weeks+ ..... Either really strong HCG levels, really early ovulation or twins right??
Edit, im now 9weeks in and it's confirmed twins

Early positive tests don’t determine multiples.

Hcg level doesn't predict twins either. With my twin pregnancy it was the latest to give a positive test and when it did show at 16dpo (with a bbt charted cycle) it was seriously faint. My hcg levels rose normally (doubled every 48 hours) until 6 weeks then started going off the charts
