8 months sleep regression affecting naps. HELP!
Has any one else noticed a sleep regression only affecting naps? My daughter is almost 9 months old and has been napping poorly no matter what I try. Her second nap is the worst. Usually 30 minitues of napping then screaming on and off until bed.
