When are you telling the boss/employer your pregnant?

We have a meeting tonight and idk if it’s still too early. I’m 11 weeks. When are you telling or have you already told? 
I work from home so it’s a lot easier to mask symptoms for sure. And my schedule doesn’t get in the way with my doctors appointments or anything. So really I have no reason to tell other than excitement.

I’m not telling till closer to 20 weeks. My company is doing some shady stuff because of corona virus and is cutting people’s hours and salary and I know they can’t discriminate because I’m pregnant but I don’t trust them right now.

But actually he was my boyfriend first. I joined his team after finding out I’m pregnant.

I’m telling after the 12 week ultrasound. I am currently working from home because of the virus, so no need to share before then.

I think I'll wait until around 20 weeks or so so they can prepare for my maternity leave but I don't want them worrying about me being too sick etc to do good work (which is the case... But I work from home so shhh...)

I wouldn’t tell for as long as possible - you don’t have to. Just tell in enough time for them to be able to make plans for when you are out. Or if you will be done working.

I’m a teacher and start back at work next Friday, the 31st. I’ll be 12 weeks on Sunday, so I plan to tell them one day next week. Hoping to find baby with my at home doppler first.

I’m working from home but I told my boss right away because they were calling everyone back to work but our workplace has a work from home policy for pregnant women. He was supportive and told me to continue working from home. If I wasn’t supposed to go back I probably would have waited until 4-5 months pregnant

I told my supervisor right away. I have a history of miscarriages that I needed time off of work for in the past. I also work with children with Autism and I wanted to be removed from the aggressive clients.
