22 month old doesn’t want to sleep...screaming and crying?

He hasn’t been eating that much lately (been extremely picky). He didn’t nap today or yesterday. And so I put him to bed early because of it and he fell asleep. But then an hour and a half later he woke up SCREAMING! I went in and let him lay on me and he was quiet but as soon I put him down he started crying. Everytime I leave he cries and his hyperventilating and shaking.

I just gave him Tylenol, maybe he’s teething? Ugh!!! Any ideas?so stressful
