100 mg Progesterone suffice

Hi ladies, I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. And I had progesterone checked, it turns out I have low progesterone (9.3). My doctor was still figuring out what dosage to give me. So she prescribed me 100mg progesterone to take once a day orally. I will not see her until August 14, so I am worried that the 100mg might not be enough. I haven't had ultrasound so it makes me more worried. Do you think the dosage is enough?

Just a little background, I had back to back miscarriage last year and never had progesterone checked. This time I insisted to have it check.
