Unisom and B6 question?

I’ve just started taking it separately I take the Unisom (doxylamine) before bed 1/2 tablet I’m wondering when I’m supposed to take the B6 and how much I should take to work? It didn’t work today at all it probably been my worst day this pregnancy :( I only used the Unisom in my second pregnancy and that worked fine on its own.

I always did half a Unisom in the morning with a full B6 and then a full Unisom and half a B6 at bedtime. ❤️

They’re 25mg B6 tablets so yeah I probably didn’t take enough yesterday. I’ll try again today.

My doctor recommended 25 mg 3-4 times a day of B6 for me. I took it after I ate each meal and before bed with the unisom.

What mg is it?? I had 100mg b6 pills and I took half a pill four times a day, which is what my doctor advised. One with each meal and one with a full unisom before bed.
