What’s the best lotion/ remedy for scabs/scars on arms

I have OCD and I constantly pick at my arms it’s a terrible habit and they make my arms look ugly someone plz help:)

I would suggest trying to wrap your arms to prevent you from picking while your scabs heal. I had eczema and did this to stop scratching while my arms healed. I have ocd and anxiety and bringing a fidget with me can really help my hands have something to do. Good luck! 💖

I have the same issue and I use Homeocan Calendula First Aid + cream. It really helps heal fast, I would rank it as medium for preventing scars. Every time I want to pick I put the cream on instead.
