Can I take prenatals and fertility supplements?

Cause I’m thinking of starting to take prenatal or some form a extra help for my body but I’m not sure if I can take one and one that way it kinda increases my chances of getting pregnant

Hi so I’m in the Army and they give them to every female to help with strengthening our bones and giving us extra nutrients and vitamins so from my personal experience they’re okay to use. I recommend getting a prescription from your doctor

I take prenatal and folic acid. There’s no harm in taking too much folic acid but I’m trying to conceive so in case I get pregnant, it’s better to have it. However, there is A LOT of harm in taking TOO many vitamins... you gotta check which ones are okay to take more of and which ones are not.

So I am currently taking prenatal and I also take zinc for fertility strength and calcium for bone and egg strength and I taker them daily. I don’t think there is any harm but recommend you research or ask your doctor
