We’re so out of balance when it comes to finishing

My boyfriend and I have a pretty active sex life, but recently he’s been finishing waaaay too quick where we foreplay a little bit then when it’s time to do the deed, we can only get a few strokes in before he finishes. Sometimes we have to stop all together so I can catch up.

I have trouble getting wet and finishing (obviously 💁‍♀️) while I can fore play him for 10 seconds and he’ll be ready to go

What can we do to speed me up and slow him down? Any recommendations

We also don’t use condoms, got tested together in May, and are a monogamous couple
