Please helpppp

I’m 14 weeks and 1 day today. I went to the Er a day ago because I noticed bleeding after I wiped. Fast forwarding they took some bloodwork, urine and an ultrasound. The baby was fine, labs came back fine but the PA said that I had some bacteria in my urine more than usual. She said that the bleeding could be from a possible UTI that I didn’t know I had. Being that my ultrasound was fine and the baby was fine. So here I am now, wiping again and I’m bleeding. Has anyone ever experienced this? Can someone please help me. I’m more than likely going back to the ER in the morning.
