I made the decision to leave my emotionally and economically abusive husband earlier this month...we have been together for 3 years and married for just shy of 2 1/2...friends for 10 years.
He doesn't know yet because I have to wait until the end of the semester and finish up finals...it's also safer for me to not let him know u til I can make a hasty dash for my mom.
I'm only 24 and I NEVER thought this would be my life....I never thought I'd be getting divorced...but it is better that I do this now and not when we have kids.
I need some good vibes, this is a scary transition for me and I have so few people I can trust to have this knowledge and not put it out on Facebook for the world to see.
