Worried about my short luteal phase
Hello!
Im getting really worried as I’ve noticed that my luteal phase is under ten days. I have been using OPKs to track when I ovulate and for the past three cycles, my luteal phase has been 4-7 days.
I did just get off the birth control pill after being on it for 14 years. Has anyone had this experience? I am hoping that with some time, the luteal phase will lengthen to 10+ days but I don’t know what to expect..
