Help?

Sooo I ovulated a BFP opk 6 days ago, had sex several times within my window. For the past 3 days I have had severe pain on my left side lower abdomen. It’s feeling a little bit more comfortable today but yesterday it felt awful especially during bed time. I ended up sleeping with a heating pad on it last night that’s how uncomfortable I was. Well.. I heard this thing of taking an opk after you know you’ve ovulated and mine isn’t that negative. Is that a good thing the LH has completely left my body?
